Pergolaia 2021 – Toscana IGT

Lovely fruity nose, fresh, mineral, racy and offers good definition as well as a lovely grain. It reveals notes of fleshy/juicy strawberry, ripe wild raspberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of bright wild cassis as well as fine racy/racy minerality hints, blond tobacco and fresh sweet spices. The palate is fruity, nicely acidulous and offers freshness, minerality, accuracy, gourmandise, a certain little tension as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, bright raspberry and small notes of juicy/fresh cassis associated with touches of juicy/bright berries as well as hints of blueberry and nutmeg. A very lovely sapidity and gourmandise.
