The nose is fruity, fresh, chiselled, frank and offers a certain complexity and a fine floral side in the background. It reveals notes of quince, mirabelle plum and small notes of small crunchy fruits, associated with touches of salvia, a hint of acacia, discreet hints almost of roasted apricot, as well as a very discreet hint of fresh pepper. The palate is well-built, fruity, gourmand, elegant, racy and offers tension, precision and a lovely finesse in its grain. It also presents a tangy frame and well-balanced. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of dried apricot, candied yellow peach and small notes of small candied fruits, combined with fine hints of acacia, white flowers, as well as fine hints of exotic fruit, a touch of fresh ginger, a subtle hint of salvia/verbena and walnut. Good length.
