Pellegrino – Isesi 2019 – Branco Pantelleria DOC

The nose is beautifully intense, frank, fresh and offers an incisive side. It reveals notes of salvia, sage, white flowers and small notes of jasmine, associated with touches of dried orange zest and aromatic herbs. The palate is well-built, floral and offers a perfumed side, a tangy frame and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of white flowers, orange blossom and small notes of salvia, combined with touches of almost acacia, medicinal herbs, as well as a hint of jasmine and fine hints of iodine. Good length. Nice freshness, suppleness, roundness and definition. A hint of eucalyptus in the background and a lovely saline side. Good persistence and elegant, delicate work on the good bitters.
