The nose is fruity, elegant as well as relatively powerful and intense. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and small black berries associated with small notes of spice, pepper, “terroir”, a touch of licorice stick, discreet notes of dark chocolate as well as slight notes of red fruit and garrigue. The palate is fruity, elegant, unctuous, racy, relatively voluminous and offers a small fat, suavity, minerality and a good structure. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum and slight notes of dried strawberry, red berries associated with small notes of spice, oak, black tea, licorice as well as very discreet touches dark chocolate powder in the background. Tannins are fine and very slightly firm. Good length.
