On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy black cherry, juicy Quetsche plum and small notes of crushed ripe wild raspberry associated with small touches of racy minerality, cronflower/blue fruits as well as hints of dark chocolate and a very discreet hint of caramelization. A beautiful gourmand wine.
