The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration and structure. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of crushed ripe redcurrant associated with small touches of cassis, a discreet hint of gray pepper as well as an imperceptible hint of cornflowers (in the background) and violet. The palate is juicy, fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful freshness as well as a beautiful grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lack cherry, blackberry and small notes of juicy acidulous raspberry associated with a touch of juicy/crunchy bigarreau cherry as well as a very discreet hint of flowers (in the background). Tannins are elegant and well-built. A very discreet hint of salinity and caramelization on the aftertaste (brings chews and gourmandize).
