The nose is fruity, intense, precise and offers a certain power, a fine grain as well as aromatic depth. We find notes of pulpy wild strawberry, pulpy blackberry and more lightly, cornflower, associated with touches of small red fruits, infusion and violet, as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg, a very discreet hint of cubeb pepper and a subtle hint of cinnamon. The palate is juicy, fruity and well-balanced and offers a tangy frame, gourmandise, precision, acidity, aromatic depth as well as a little creaminess in gourmandise. A lovely finesse in its grain. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, creamy raspberry and more lightly, pulpy cassis, associated with touches of strawberry, black chocolate, toast as well as toasted almond. Tannins are mellow, gourmand and well-built. Good persistence. A certain sapidity on the finish. A fine, enveloping and brightness side of juicy fruit.
