The nose is fruity, « frank » and spicy, with a fine, incisive side. It reveals notes of boysenberry, sweet pepper and small notes of rose, a lovely spicy/peppery side, with a discreet hint of peppermint and a subtle touch of clove. The palate is fruity, mineral and balanced, with freshness, suppleness and a fine creaminess. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of creamy strawberry, associated with touches of lily, lilac as well as fine hints of pepper and iodine. A drawn-out, stretched-out side, but with charm and roundness. Round and fat. A beautifully juicy wine, with great freshness, brightness and a certain gourmandise.
