On the nose, fruity and offers potency, concentration, fine freshness, and a fine/tight texture. It reveals notes of fleshy/pulpy blackberry, red currant and hints of cherry combined with touches of violet, camphor, spice and a discreet hint of pepper (in the background). On the palate, fruity, well conducted/focused, precise with juiciness, an acidic frame, minerality, good definition and a certain gourmandize. The wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, raspberry and hints of bright cherry notes combined with some touches of violet, light tobacco, almond, nutmeg and fine cardamom. The tannins are precise and well conducted.
