The nose is still a bit yeasty and mineral, revealing floral notes of elderflower as well as some saline nuances. The wine is bone dry and steely, showing zesty acidity, an elegant structure, quite lean and ethereal. The palate opens up with a touch of herbals, yeasty notes, slightly fermentative and briny. The finish is refreshing, crispy with a subtle bitter note. Good ageing potential. Needs time to open up.
