The nose is aromatic, powerful, fruity, elegant, complex, intense and offers a slight richness. It reveals notes of peach, peach blossom and slight notes of Williams pear, lemon zests, citrus associated with a slight touch of apricot, violet, spices, rancio as well as a subtle hint of pâtisseries and flint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, elegant, well defined and offers a slight acid frame, a slight juiciness as well as a slight suavity. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of fleshy peach, fleshy apple and slight notes of apricot, citrus (mandarin, lemon) associated with slight touches of zests, rancio, caramel / pâtisseries as well as a very discreet hint of liquorice / menthol, cigar, cedar / blond tobacco, Zante currant and a very discreet hint of flowers. Good length and persistence. A beautiful, fine, delicate, precise and well defined Cognac!
