The nose is aromatic, elegant, precise / well built and offers a small richness as well as a slight intensity. It reveals notes of dried peach, citrus zests and slight notes of dried flowers combined with a hint of quince as well as very discreet hints of spices, wood and an imperceptible hint of walnuts. The palate is fruity, well balanced and offers a slight freshness, a slight acidity, fleshiness, gourmandise, a good definition as well as a small tension. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of fleshy peach, fleshy pear and slight notes of fresh apple, quince, caramelized lemon as well as slight touches of toasted oak, vanilla and a very discreet hint of chocolate. Beautiful grain on the finish! Gourmandise!
