The nose is aromatic, powerful and relatively concentrated. It reveals notes of cassis and small wild berries associated with slight touches of blackberry and oak/spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight suavity, a slight tension, dynamism, a good definition as well as a slight mineral frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy fleshy plum, juicy fleshy blackberry and slight notes of juicy cassis associated with discreet hints of juicy fleshy raspberry, hints of toasted oak and a very discreet hint of licorice (in the background) and cardamom/spices. Good length.
