Pastourelle de Clerc Milon 2022 – Pauillac

The nose is deep, offering elegant concentration, depth and fine intensity. We find notes of racy gravel, morello cherry and more lightly, small roasted-elegant red berries, associated with fine hints of nutmeg, fresh spices as well as a discreet hint of sweet pepper. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, elegant, enveloping and offers an elegant creaminess. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, creamy blackberry and more lightly, brilliant raspberry, asscociated with touches of fresh blueberry, small fresh-roasted fruits and a hint of vanilla and fresh hazelnut. Good length. Beautiful hints of fresh gravel and a subtle hint of eucalyptus in the background. Mineral and juicy/pulpy persistence.
