On the nose is aromatic, fruity and offers a little exuberant side. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, fleshy Garriguette strawberry and cornflower associated with small touches of crushed cherry as well as a subtle hint of licorice and bergamot. On the palate it is fruity, balanced and offers freshness, juiciness, a mineral frame, a little smoothness (in freshness), good definition, gourmandize as well as roundness. The wine expresses creamy / pulpy ripe notes, creamy plum, cornflower associated with touches of fleshy / crushed redcurrants, pulpy / fresh berries, hints of flowers (rose …) as well as fine hints of chocolate, bergamothe and caramelization. The tannins are well developed. Presence of a subtle hint of good bitterness.
