The nose is fruity and juicy. It reveals notes of small juicy yellow fruits and small notes of apple associated with very fine hints of Mirabelle plum, white flowers and flint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, zests and small notes of quince associated with fine hints of apple/crunchy pear as well as a hint of Quenette and white flowers. An acidulous persistence (with a very discreet varietal hint).
