The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is airy, fruity and lemony. It expresses aromas of lemon, grapefruit and lime, combined with notes of apricot, white peach, passion fruit, white flowers (apple blossom, hawthorn), honey and limestone. The palate expresses a good bitterness of grapefruit and lime on attack, balanced by the gourmandise of white peach, tangy apricot, and candied lemon. Then, we sense a racy minerality, more pronounced than on the nose (chalk, salinity), a toasted and spicy touch (nutmeg, cloves, toasted wood in the background), as well as a hint of white flowers ( dried linden, dried chamomile, apple blossom) and honey. The finish expresses good bitterness, a lively and salivating acidity, as well as a salty mineral touch. Beautiful concentration, complexity and freshness.
