The nose is aromatic and offers a small power as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of ripe blueberry, ripe cassis and small notes of ripe wild redcurrant associated with fine touches of fresh ripe raspberry, hints of tobacco, underwood as well as discreet hints of cardamom, black olive, a hint of black pepper and an imperceptible hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a mineral frame, precision, a small striaghtness as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe cassis, ripe blueberry and small notes of ripe wild redcurrant associated with fine touches of zan, tobacco as well as very discreet hints of garrigue (in the background). Fine sapidity/salinity as well as a very discreet chew on the finish. Tannins are slightly firm.
