The nose is fruity, elegant, harmonious and offers a beautiful juicy/ripe fruit as well as a fine crunchiness and a fine minerality. It reveals notes of juicy ripe Boysenberry, juicy ripe cherry and more slightly wild strawberry associated with juicy/ripe blueberry and juicy/ripe cherry as well as fine hints of cornflower, toasted and very fine hints of Bourbon vanilla. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh/ripe cassis, ripe/fresh/juicy blackberry and small notes of small red berries associated with fine touches of flowers (violet, lilac), subtle hints of liquorice stick, spices, a very discreet hint of nutmeg as well as an imperceptible hint of tea and caramelization (in the background) (brings fullness). Tannins are elegant, fine and structuring. A wine full of finesse and minerality.
