(organic) The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is juicy, fruity and quite aromatic. It expresses notes of ripe morello cherry, fresh blackcurrant, wild plum, mountain ash, fresh red currant, combined with notes of fresh mint, fresh basil in the background, olive, fresh thyme and fresh flowers (violet, wild rose) with a delicate peppery touch. The palate is juicy, airy, with lightness, good bitterness and incisive acidity. It expresses bitter notes of cranberries, fresh raspberry, crunchy strawberry, fresh red currant, blackcurrant, tangy blueberry and mountain ash, combined with touches of fresh mint, green olive, ground white pepper (in the background), wild rose and cut grass. The tannins are tight, slightly drying on the finish. The finish is moderately persistent, chiseled, with high acidity and good bitterness.
