The nose is aromatic, relatively fine and relatively intense. It reveals notes of quince, pear and slight notes of fresh/crunchy vine peach associated with hints of spices and woody hints. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acid frame, unctuosity, fat as well as suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and compoted pear associated with touches of lemon, crunchy flat peach as well as a subtle hint of beeswax and a very discreet hint of spices/physalis in the background. Good length. There is a discreet toasted hint on the persistence.
