The nose offers a certain intensity, concentration as well as a certain spicy / peppery side. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, rose and small notes of wild purple plum associated with touches of pepper, spices as well as fine hints of nutmeg and a discreet varietal hint. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, roundness, fat, an acidulous frame as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, crunchy raspberry and small notes of acidulous red berries associated with touches of crunchy plum, lily, lilac, minerality as well as fine varietal hints and a hint of good bitterness on the finish / persistence. Tannins are very finely mellow.
