The palate is fruity, harmonious and offers freshness, minerality, a beautiful definition, gourmandize, an acidulous frame as well as a certain tension, a beautiful definition, precision, a beautiful finesse of the grain, delicacy, concentration (full of finesse), suavity and a very fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy Boysen berry, violet plum, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of violet, lily, liquorice, zan as well as small hints of small bright berries, incense, mocha, very fine hints of toasted almond, cardamom, a subtle hint of chocolate truffle and an imperceptible saline hint.
