The nose is intense, open, pungent, still slightly fermentative, revealing notes of fresh, juicy lemon, grapefruit, honeysuckle, a touch of jasmine. The palate is zesty, with crisp acidity, energy and tension. The palate reveals notes of fresh lime, pomelo, a touch of white peach, a hint of dried herbs and spices. The finish is juicy, crunchy, citrusy, energetic with a lot of fruit concentration and elegant minerality.
