The nose is fruity, frank and offers a beautiful grain. There are notes of yellow peach, mirabelle plum and small notes of physalis associated with slight freshly toasted touches and a discreet hint of fresh beeswax as well as a subtle hint of spices. The effervescence is frank and full of energy. The mouth offers energy, a beautiful acidity as well as a slight stretched side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy white peach, quince and small notes of fleshy/ acidulous small fruits associated with slight touches of verbena, toasted almond and a subtle almost smoke hint in the background. Chiseled finish. Good length.
