The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers elegance and gourmandise. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild cassis and small notes of small wild berries associated with touches of scrubland / rosemary, crunchy strawberry as well as hints of Sichuan pepper, nutmeg and a very discreet / imperceptible hint of violet / rose. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, a slight acid frame, a slight tension as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, cassis and small notes of small wild berries / elderberry associated with small touches of wild red fruits, hints of rose, rosemary / laurel as well as a very discreet hint of Zan / blond tobacco and an imperceptible hint of tonka bean. Tannins are fine, a bit tight and a little firm. There is a hint of cocoa bean on persistence.
