The palate is fruity, elegant, straight and offers a beautiful acid frame, a slight freshness, a beautiful balance, finesse as well as dynamism. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied mandarin and slight notes of candied peach associated with hints of fresh white fruits, honey/botrytis as well as a subtle hint of dry fruits (very discreet). Beautiful aromatic persistence. There is a very discreet hint of almond and an imperceptible hint of brioche on the finish.
