It reveals notes of quince, small varietal notes associated with fine touches of zests, discreet hints of mandarine and a subtle hint of white flowers. The palate is fruity and offers a fine roundness, a small fat, juiciness, a very fine tension, minerality as well as a very finely tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, juicy lemon, small notes of juicy/ripe apple associated with small touches of zests as well as fine varietal hints and a subtle hint of nutmeg and sweet spices.
