The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration as well as a good definition of the fruit. It reveals notes of ripe strawberries, small wild red berries and small notes of pulpy cassis associated with touches of blueberry, lily as well as hints of clove, nutmeg, zan and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, an acidulous frame, tension as well as a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh cassis, pulpy redcurrants and small notes of juicy blackberry associated with touches of fresh wild raspberry, lilac, rose, raspberry leaf as well as slight hints of cloves, nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of laurel berries. Tannins are supple.
