The nose offers a certain power, a small intensity and discreetly tight grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, purple plum and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of violet, badian and precision. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, precision, tension as well as some freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy blackberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of bright cherry associated with touches of cornflowers, tonka bean as well as discreet hints of nutmeg and toasted almond, olive tree and discreet salty hints. Beautiful energy and sapidity on the finish. A beautiful acidity. A discreet and good work on the good bitterness.
