The nose is fine, aromatic / fruity and offers a fine sweetness, a fine delicacy and a fine richness. It reveals fine notes of candied orange, salinity, honey, dried peach and dried apple combined with fine touches of white pepper as well as a discreet hint of rose and white flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice fat, a fine suavity, a good structure, a good delicacy, gourmandise, a fine sweetness and power. In the mouth this Scotch expresses notes of candied orange, potpourri, dried lemon and apple associated with beautiful iodine notes and caramel. Oak aromas are nicely integrated. Nice persistence.
