The nose is aromatic, racy and offers a very slight intensity as well as a slight concentration. It reveals notes of flowers (cornflower, lily), Quetsche plum and small notes of blue berries associated with touches of crushed blackberry, sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, precision, elegance, purity of the fruit, a good structure as well as a slight juicy / acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blueberry, fleshy blackberry and small notes of plum associated with touches of flowers, crushed strawberry, toasted touches, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of almond / liquorice . Tannins are well-built. Good length and good persistence.
