The saké is transparent with a nice silver ring. The nose has got a high intensity of aromas and is very complex with herbal notes (honeysuckle, fresh cut herbs, sap and jasmine) but also fruits like green apple, green pineapple and passion fruit. The mouth is fruity and has a slight acidity which enhances the fruity character. Little by little the texture becomes buttery and creamy with a nice umami. The delicate finish ends on a bitter note which cleans the palate.
