The nose is fresh and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of quince and slight notes of mirabelle, crushed pear associated with a hint of citrus, a very discreet hint of pineapple as well as a subtle hint of beeswax and a woody hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh, mineral, suave and offers a beautiful acid frame, juiciness, a slight unctuosity, gourmandise as well as a beautiful roundness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy yellow peach, fleshy/compoted pear and slight notes of honey associated with slight hints of citrus, vanilla, butter as well as an imperceptible hint of kumquat.
