The wine has a pale lemon yellow color with slight green highlights. The nose is chiseled, tangy and slightly herbaceous and vegetal. It expresses the aromas of green apple, lime, yellow lemon, a touch of blackcurrant leaf and green beans, combined with a touch of gooseberry, acacia and limestone in the background. The palate is lively, lemony, with a good bitterness of lime and grapefruit on the attack. In the mid-palate, we find limestone minerality, slightly drying, notes of green apple, lemon, green plum and acacia. In the finish, light notes of blackcurrant leaf and green beans reappear. Good persistence on the palate, mineral, slightly saline, with acidity and good lime bitterness. Nice freshness, tension.
