The first nose is discreet with some red berries. With air, it opens slowly. There is a nice minty freshness with some crispy black cherry. The mouth is fresh with a nice acidity in the attack. The tannins are present, strong. The acidity is salivating in the middle of the tasting. We do have very discreet notes of black cherry and black currant with a good herbal fresh touch. The finish has got some sweet spices and vanilla without forgetting the black cherry.
