The wine has a deep ruby color, with purple reflections. The nose is bright, very fruity and juicy. It expresses notes of ripe red cherry, crushed morello cherry, wild strawberry, wild blueberry, as well as violet, cherry blossom and the slightly sweet aroma of peony. The palate offers flavors of tangy fruits (red cherry, raspberry, crunchy strawberry, blueberry, cranberries), softness of ripe morello cherry, a floral touch of peony and violet, a lively salivating acidity, as well as a hint of cut grass. The tannins are fine, well structured and enveloped, thanks to the juiciness and fruity freshness of the wine. The finish is tangy and juicy, but with a certain firmness of tannins in the beginning.
