The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is finely mineral and spicy, and offers subtle floral notes and a tangy fruitiness. It expresses notes of crunchy strawberry, crushed raspberry, blueberry, red cherry, associated with hint of limestone, even chalky touch, and dry stone, dried rose, lily, rosehip, ground cumin and licorice, as well as a slight note of hay and dry pine needles in the background. On the palate, the wine is vertical, tight, but balanced by juicy fruitiness and lively acidity. It expresses the flavors of bigarreau cherry, crushed raspberry, strawberry and crushed blueberry, associated with notes of rose, lily, mint, as well as a fine spiciness (liquorice, cumin) and a touch of dried grass and dried cherry in the background. The finish is persistent and sapid, with notes of juicy red cherry, good bitterness and a mineral and herbaceous hint in the background.
