(85% M, 10% CF, 5% CS) The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a lovely floral, crunchy, spicy and velvety side and energy. It reveals notes of crunchy, fresh cherry and small notes of cherry blossom, associated with touches of cornflower, crunchy plum, as well as fine, almost nutmeg-like hints. The palate is well-built, fresh, mineral, it offers a certain creaminess in freshness, purity, brilliance and very beautiful freshness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy cassis, violet and small notes of raspberry, combined with floral touches, cornflower, lilac, as well as fine hints of toasted hazelnut, a hint of almost vanilla/toasted and licorice. Good length. A wine which offers good fatness, energy and fine acidity on the finish/persistence.
