(85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon) The nose is fruity, fresh and mineral. We find notes of wild blackberry, blackcurrant and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of small juicy black fruits as well as fine hints of Cubeb pepper. The palate is nicely fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, energy as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy blackberry, fresh/bright blackcurrant and small iodine notes associated with touches of fleshy/acidulous strawberry as well as hints of nutmeg. A nicely gourmand and fruity wine.
