Muse du Val 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Muse du Val 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose reveals notes of fruit, a beautiful concentration, a lovely creamy, fine and airy grain, with depth and elegance. There are notes of creamy blackcurrant, crushed wild blackberry and slight notes of concentrated blueberry, combined with touches of small fruits with a Mediterranean accent and a roasted hint. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, tangy, with a lovely energy which carries the wine, a melodious side, creaminess combined with an airy character. It expresses notes of creamy blueberry, crushed blackcurrant and small notes violet, associated with touches of Bigarreau cherry, small blue fruits as well as spices of licorice stick, blond tobacco, camphor, with a touch fresh toast, a discreet hint of crushed redcurrant, aromatic herbs and a touch of graphene. Tannins are mellow, racy and well-built. A lovely freshness and minerality. A hint of roasting emerges in the background.
