Mura mura – Starderi 2022 – Barbaresco

The nose is elegant, precise, racy and offers a beautiful definition, certain intensité as well as a stretched side. There are notes of concentrated black plum, violet and small notes of bigarreau cherry associated with delicate touches of badian, chocolate and an imperceptible almost sage hint. Power in controle. The mouth is fresh, racy, precise, elegant, stretched, velvet and offers minerality, precision, an acidulous frame, tension, a good definition as well as a beautiful fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, concentrated quetsche plum and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of chocolate as well as a hint of sage and almost infusion. Beautiful suppleness and delicacy. Good bitterness and a subtle almost hebaceous hint in the background/on the finish.
