The wine has a pale lemon straw colour. The nose is a bit smoky with nuances of yeast and sesame seeds. The palate reveals elevated, pungent acidity and tight texture, still fermentative character, a hint of bitterness and phenolic texture. A wine to watch! Beautiul potential.
