The nose is mineral and offers a certain freshness, a fine fatness and a fine pulpiness of fruit. This wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of pulpy/fresh apple, nectarine and small notes of fresh lychee associated with fine touches of quenette, a hint of fresh apricot, fresh flowers, as well as notes of crumpled peach leaves and a discreet hint of fresh almond. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral and offersa good definition, precision, fine suppleness, gourmandise, suavity, a small fat and a nice saline/sapid character. In mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy flat peach, crushed apple and small notes of quenette, combined with touches of verbena, fresh citrus, as well as fine hints of mesocarp, iodine and sense of the place (local biotop). Beautiful freshness and suppleness. A subtle hint of good bitterness on the persistence.
