The wine has a pale pink, shiny color. The nose is aromatic with fruit and freshness. There are notes of ripe banana, ripe yellow apple and grapefruit. We also perceive stone fruits such as vine peach. The palate is fresh, mineral, limpid with a moderately acid frame. There are citrus notes like grapefruit as well as juicy white peach. There are also fine touches of green apple and ripe banana. The finish is slightly saline and salivating.
