The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, tension, a certain minerality as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, small ripe/juicy red berriesand small notes of violet associated with touches of small crunchy red fruits, iris, spices as well as a very discreet hint of bramble, liquorice and very discreet hints of dark chocolate (in the background). Good length. Tannins are well-built. A persistence on notes of cocoa and caramelization. A beautiful grain on the finish/persistence.
