On the nose, fresh, elegant, offering a certain delicacy, a nice racy minerality, freshness, strength and nice fruit. Notes of bright wild cassis, boysenberry and more lightly strawberry combined with small touches of bright small red fruits/cherry as well as hints of vanilla, toast and discreet vanilla. The palate is fruity, airy and offers juiciness, freshness, gourmandize, a nice finesse/sweetness of grain, a tangy frame and tension. On the palate it expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, tart cassis and more slightly bright redcurrant combined with hints of fresh cherry, pulpy/juicy purple plum as well as fine hints of chocolate, toast, caramelization and toasted almond.
