The nose is fresh and fruity. We have some green apple aromas but also a nice petroleum hint. With air, we have more pronounced aromas with peach and apricot. The mineralogy is very fresh and there is a hint of honey. It is a nice clear nose. The mouth has a high acidity, nice pronounced aromas with peach, apricot and pineapple. We also have some orange blossom. It is nicely balanced with a sweetness at the attack and the finish is long.
