The saké is transparent like water with nice silver reflects. The nose is intense with some green shiso and peppermint notes. But it’s also very fruity in the second nose with fresh fig, apple, pear and anis seed aromas. The mouth is clean with a nice umami, it’s a little bit sweet at the attack. It has a nice texture with delicate flavors like flowers and anis seed. The finish is minty and fresh.
