The palate is fresh, well balanced, relatively concentrated, fresh, elegant and dynamic. In the mouth it expresses notes of citrus, spices (especially cloves and cardamom) associated with notes of citrus zests, dried fruits and orange as well as a few woody notes. The finish is long and fruity (orange candied, mirabelle plum).
